    我們的“網上開店”系統支援多種廣告方案,除了一般靜態圖片橫額外,亦支援客戶自訂HTML及動態廣告功能。

    您可以透過“廣告總管”放置自己的產品宣傳、優惠資訊、出版者在線廣告、以及“合作機構”的廣告,而且每個廣告都附有統計資料,讓您拿捏每個廣告的宣傳成效。

    系統對於各種廣告的管理,採用“廣告群組”的方式,其優點是只要您將不同的廣告配合群組,在佔用頁面最少位置的情況下,同一群組的多個廣告將由系統“隨機抽選顯示”,每當頁面被刷新後,廣告亦隨之由其他同群組的替換。

    系統已經預置一些群組位置,您只要新增廣告時選用預設群組,即可簡易完成設置,但若嫌不足,您仍可增加更多自訂群組,在頁面其他指定位置顯示廣告。

    若新增自訂群組的廣告,新增後並不會隨即顯示,您仍需要把廣告標籤放置於某些地方才能顯示,例如修改店面模版的HTML、放置於“分類目錄”、“產品說明”、“首頁文字”等位置。
    進入“廣告總管”:
    1. 點擊主選單的“系統工具”

    2. 點擊左選單的“廣告總管”

    “廣告型式”及包含的資料:
    • “上載圖片”靜態廣告


      • 廣告名稱

    產品的目錄結構對整個商店來說是非常重要的,一套良好的目錄結構對顧客可帶來更流暢的瀏覽,對日常管理亦會更有效率。

    Ec2Biz的「網上商店系統」支援無限層級的目錄,目錄間亦可隨時移至不同位置。

    目錄的結構主要由“最上層”向下發展,每個目錄可以建立不同的副目錄,直至最終的產品儲存位置。

    雖然我們的目錄系統可以無限層級分支,但是建議最多使用三層,這將會令管理上較為簡單,亦令頁面更美觀簡潔。

    每個目錄包含的資料:
    • 目錄“中英文”名稱
      最多125個字元,請盡量簡短(必需輸入)

    • 目錄圖片
      JPG、GIF、PNG或SWF格式(按需要使用)

    • 目錄狀態
      選擇:“開啟”或“隱藏”(其中一種)

    • 目錄型式
      選擇:“普通目錄”或“專屬客戶目錄”(其中一種)

    • 目錄說明
      選擇:自訂編排的文字、圖片等簡介(按需要使用)

    • 目錄排序
      選擇:顯示的先後次序(按需要使用)

    新增產品目錄:
    1. 點擊主選單的“分類目錄/產品管理”

    2. 點擊左選單的“分類目錄/商品”總管

    3. 點擊右上方的“新增分類”按鈕

    4. 輸入相關資料

    5. 完成後按“儲存”或“更新”,或按“返回”放棄並返回列表

    更改目錄狀態:
    1. 目錄狀態

    • 如將目錄狀態設為“隱藏”,商店則不會顯示該目錄及所含的產品,但管理員仍可進行編輯

    • 如將目錄狀態設為“專屬客戶目錄”,則只顯示給已登入的指定客戶,一般人仕將不能瀏覽

    • 被刪除的目錄及所含產品不影響已產生的訂購單

    General Configuration


    Ec2Biz的「網上商店系統」提供極多樣化的商店功能,而且很多都屬獨有的,每使商店能暢順運作,請務必細心閱讀這裏介紹的“一般設定”。

    這些設定包含很多關乎商店的細節,若設定不當,將引致顧客不能順利訂購產品,或訂單的應付金額不正確。

    所以在“初始設定”或“日後修改”後,必需進行模擬購物,以確定商店能正確工作。

    一般設定包含以下資料:

    基本設置:
    • 以語言類別轉換貨幣
      若商店設為“中英文”雙語,啟用這功能將在顧客瀏覽“中文版”時售價以“港幣”(或您預設的貨幣)顯示,而瀏覽“英文版”則顯示“美圓”的售價

    • 商店的語言版本
      選擇:“繁簡中文+英文”、“繁簡中文”、“ 英文”,在“初始設定”後不應再更改,以免影響整個“資料庫”

    • 放進購物車設定
      若顧客把產品放進“購物車”後,是否先顯示“購物車內容”,或直接返回瀏覽中的產品頁面

    • 顯示目錄內的產品總數
      是否讓目錄內含產品總數顯示於“產品目錄”方塊

    • 顯示的售價是否包含稅額
      是否讓購物資料顯示稅款(有設定稅制的情況下)

    • 稅額顯示設定
      選擇:“包含稅額”、“只顯示產品淨售價”(有設定稅制的情況下)

    貨運,包裝 設定:
    • 您的業務所在國家
      選擇您的業務國家,即是在商店裡所指的“本地”定義基礎

    • 每項訂單的附加重量單位
      這數值適用於所有訂購品總重量再加上這“附加重量”,
      可以輸入數字,如數值是10,則訂購品總重再加10(例如總重量是500加上10,則顧客的應付運貨重量便是510單位)
      或輸入百份比,如百份比是5%,則訂購品總重再加5%(例如總重量是500加上5%,則顧客的應付運貨重量便是525單位)

    • 產品貨運計算單位
      針對所有產品的重量單位,計算運費亦以這單位為基礎

    • 預計貨品送達客戶所需天數
      可以留空,系統暫未對此數值具有任何功能

    存貨設定:
    • 在商店各頁展示存貨量為零(無存貨)的產品
      是否讓商店仍然展示一些存貨量為零或以下的缺貨產品

    • 產品被訂購後扣減存貨量
      選擇:“自動扣減”、“不扣減”

    • 顧客訂購存貨量不足(缺貨)的產品並進行結帳

      若設為“接受”,則存貨量只有一件,但顧客訂購五件,系統仍可讓顧客繼續結帳
      若設為“不接受”,顧客只能訂購實際存貨量的產品,若訂購超過存量,系統將拒絕顧客繼續結帳,直至顧客減少訂購量為止

    • 產品需補貨的限定值
      若產品被訂購的數量低於此數值,系統將向您發出通知電子郵件

    • 產品存量題示數值
      商店的產品存量提示界限
      存量為零或負數,將顯示“已售清”
      存量低於此數值但不是零或負數,將顯示“限量發售”
      存量高於此數值,將顯示“有存貨”

    購物手續費:
    • 是否啟用“購物手續費”
      選擇:“需要”、“不需要”

    防欺詐系統:
    如果您在網上商店銷售的產品是比較貴重的,對於欺詐的交易機會將相應提升
    為免受不法之徒有機可乘,應啟用此項服務以阻絕可能出現的欺詐交易
    當啟用此服務後,每單交易的總額到達指定的水平,系統將會進行以下核實程序:

    1. 在進行信用咭結帳交易前,需要客戶參予一次電話核實
    2. 系統將致電客戶登記的號碼(全球適用)
    3. 客戶將在電話聽到說出的一組由隨機產生的4位數字
    4. 客戶可按照指示而在電腦鍵盤按入聽到的數字組合,完成後可立即掛線
    5. 如客戶在電話輸入的數字組合正確,這項交易的核實亦告完成
    6. 客戶可如常地進行信用咭交易程序
    7. 整項訂購交易便完成
    • 自動電話核實系統
      選擇:“啟用”、“不啟用”(增值服務,必需預先向我們購買“驗証”才有效)

    • 電話核實的適用交易總額
      訂單總金額高於此數值才需進行“電話核實”

    若您的“線上商店”提供可選購的“電子禮券”,基於保障原因,必需經由管理員進行批核,以確保訂購的付款交易無誤,才存進顧客的電子禮券帳戶。

    如接獲顧客購買“電子禮券”的訂單,務必確認有關的付款交易已完成,方可批核顧客的“電子禮券”。

    “電子禮券”與“優惠禮券”的差別:
    • 電子禮券
      跟現金相同,不含任何使用限制,顧客可付款自購,或由管理員簽發

    • 優惠禮券
      可設定若干行使限制,並只能透過管理員簽發

    進入“顧客禮券批核”:
    1. 點擊主選單的“電子禮券/優惠禮券”

    2. 點擊左選單的“顧客禮券批核”

    每項“顧客禮券”包含的資料:
    • 購買客戶
      購買電子禮券的顧客姓名

    • 購買金額
      購買電子禮券的面值(銷售金額)

    • 訂單編號
      相關的訂單編號

    • 購買日期
      相關的訂單的購買日期

    確認“顧客禮券”的程序:
    1. 點擊欲檢視“待批核名單”旁的“確認禮券”

    2. 如訂購的付款方式屬“線上付款”,例如信用咭、PAYPAL(貝寶),請到達相關閘道並檢查交易是否已完成,其他付款方式則亦請檢查有否收妥款項

    3. 如付款証實無誤後,點擊“確認”按鈕,或按“返回”放棄確認

    4. 確認完成後,系統將把相關價值的電子禮券存進顧客的“電子禮券帳戶”內,並同時寄出通知郵件給對方

    5. 此時顧客已可隨時使用禮券的價值訂購產品及結帳,或將“電子禮券”轉寄給親友

    注意事項:
    • 您的線上商店必需有銷售電子禮券,方會產生這篇所述的待批核顧客禮券

    • 若需設定產品屬可供購買的“電子禮券”,只需在型號輸入以大寫英文“GIFT”為首,例如“GIFT100”,而禮券的售價便是面值,請參考“產品管理”

    • 禮券一經確認,將直接存進顧客的“電子禮券帳戶”內,無法以其他途徑改變面值或刪除

    • 顧客付款購買的電子禮券,不需通過“啟用編號”使用

    • 顧客可於同一項訂單內,包含電子禮券及其他產品一同結帳

    • 顧客可重複購買電子禮券,相關的面值將疊加於原本面值

    • “電子禮券”可視為現金,顧客持有的面值適用於所有產品而無任何限制,若顧客持有足夠的禮券面值,結帳時可全數替代應繳金額,甚至適用的手續費

    • 若顧客於結帳後仍有禮券餘值,可於下次購物時繼續使用

    • 顧客可將持有的禮券面值自用,或轉寄全部、部份面值給親友當現金使用(轉寄後的收禮者仍需按照正常程序登記成為會員及結帳)

    • 顧客持有的“電子禮券”只適用於您的“線上商店”

    • 由於沒有途徑修改顧客持有的“電子禮券”資料,所以在您的商店產品內,例如銷售的電子禮券,應註明“不可折回現金”

    我們的“線上商店”系統,允許業務由多個管理員進行維護,而且可設定一些權限,讓指定的管理員只可執行獲受權的區域。

    請先設定下一節指南介紹的“管理員群組”,並且為群組指定權限,再為其他人管理員設定相應郡組。

    進入“管理員設定”:
    1. 點擊主選單的“系統管理員”

    2. 點擊左選單的“管理員設定”

    每項“管理員設定”包含的資料:
    • 姓氏
      最多32個字元(必需輸入)

    • 名字
      最多32個字元(必需輸入)

    • 電子郵件
      有效的電子郵件地址,作為登入的名稱,和忘記密碼的收件地址

    • 密碼
      新增管理員的情況,由系統自動產生並寄到上述的電郵地址,若日後修改,密碼必需由六至十五個“英文”或“數字”組成,英文的大小楷視為不同,其中切勿包含空格和符號,組合亦不能過份簡單

    • 群組名稱
      選擇所屬郡組

    • 管理員模式
      “實際管理”能進行真實指定區域的操作,而“只限示範”則只可觀看群組指定的區域而不能修改細節

    • 客服部門
      選擇所屬部門

    • 客服職員
      選擇所屬職員

    針對“郵件賬號”的動作:
    • 編輯
      修改已經增加的管理員資料

    • 刪除
      將該管理員資料刪除

    • 資訊
      顯示該名管理員的資料及最近執行過的動作

    注意事項:
    • 切勿刪除我們預先設定的“最高權力”管理員,否則在群組限制下,業務擁有者可能無法再進入一些被限制的區域,如不小心刪除而需我們重設這種管理員,需向我們繳付設定費。

    • 一般情況下,不應設定不同管理員可同時執行相同區域群組。

    • 基於保安理由,請勿向非認可人士透露管理員資料,否則有機會您的商店資料被非法修改和盜取。

    • 除“獨立套裝軟件”及“開發版軟件”外,我們擁有登入您的管理系統任何區域的權力,以便提供技術咨詢和系統升級修正。

    There are number of things causing this. Unless you've received an announcement from us that mail isn't working properly at the time you're having difficulty.

    Chances are it is some internet provider is blocking you from using anyone's incoming mail servers but their own. Many major ISP's are blocking incoming emails.

    The reason they do this is to prevent you from using their internet connection for spamming purposes.

    You will still be able to send emails, but only by using your ISP'S outgoing mail server.
    Every ISP's outgoing mail address is different, but for the most part they will be mail.yourispname.com
    For example, if you had hosting with AOL.com, their outgoing mail server would look like this: mail.aol.com.

    If mail.yourisp.com does not work and you are still unable to send emails, you will need to call your internet service provider to find out what their outgoing mail server is.

    Attention
    • The setting is not applied to WebMail.
    • With POP before SMTP authorization, once a user has successfully authenticated to the POP server, user is permitted to receive and send e-mail through the mail server for the next 60 minutes.
    • With SMTP authorization, your mail server requires authorization if the e-mail message must be sent to an external address. Your mail server supports LOGIN, CRAM-MD5 and PLAIN methods of SMTP authorization.
    • If you can't send mail via port 25 due to blocks imposed by your ISP, you can enable the special submission port (587) within our server pretty easily.
    • Domain name and server name must contain only lower case characters because the domain name system is case insensitive.
    • Password are case sensitive.

    TIFF (Tagged Image File Format)


    Tagged Image File Format (abbreviated TIFF) is a file format for mainly storing images, including photographs and line art. Originally created by the company Aldus, jointly with Microsoft, for use with PostScript printing, TIFF is a popular format for high color depth images, along with JPEG and PNG.

    TIFF format is widely supported by image-manipulation applications such as Photoshop by Adobe, GIMP, Ulead PhotoImpact, and Photo-Paint as well as Paint Shop Pro by Corel, by desktop publishing and page layout applications, such as QuarkXPress and Adobe InDesign, and by scanning, faxing, word processing, optical character recognition, and other applications.

    TIFF was chosen as the native format for raster graphics in the NeXTstep operating system, and this TIFF support carried over into Mac OS X.     Google 7.68 Terabits Per Second Cable


    Search giant finalizes plan for Pacific fiber being ran.

    The recent quakes in Taiwan highlighted a lack of redundancy in the Pacific, where fiber runs have about half the capacity found across the Atlantic. A number of companies are planning to rectify that -- including Verizon, who is working with a number of companies to run an 11,000 mile, five terabits per second (Tbps) cable from the United States (Oregon) directly to mainland China, Taiwan and South Korea.

    Google is also laying Pacific fiber as part of a consortium named Unity, formed alongside six international companies. The coalition is building a 6,200 mile, 7.68Tbps capable fiber run from Los Angeles to Chikura, located off the coast near Tokyo. Google today announced they finalized the deal on the $300 million project. According to the press release Trans-pacific bandwidth demand continues to surge:

    According to the TeleGeography Global Bandwidth Report, 2007, Trans–Pacific bandwidth demand has grown at a compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 63.7 percent between 2002 and 2007. It is expected to continue to grow strongly from 2008 to 2013, with total demand for capacity doubling roughly every two years. "The Unity cable system allows the members of the consortium to provide the increased capacity needed as more applications and services migrate online, giving users faster and more reliable connectivity," said Unity spokesperson Jayne Stowell.

    It's obviously a nice deal for Google, given the content operator gets access to bandwidth at build cost. NEC Corporation and Tyco Telecommunications will build the fiber run starting immediately, and it should be completed by 2010, assuming that the undersea cable cutting bogeyman leaves them alone.

    Neowin聲稱這些帳戶可能是被黑或是利用網路釣魚搜集而來。網路釣魚攻擊者利用發送釣魚郵件給受害者,受害者點選後,會被導向釣魚網頁,就會洩漏了個人的機密資訊給予攻擊者,如個人的信用卡號碼、密碼、帳號等。

    微軟目前表示,他們已經知悉此事,並正在積極了解及處理中。這件事透露出網路資訊安全的疑慮,若果個人資料遭到竊取,可能會有更多後續麻煩的事端。

    Thanks for taking a look at phpBugTracker. This project was started out of the frustation I experienced getting Bugzilla installed and operational for a web development project. The goals of this project are to produce a web-based bug tracker with functionality similar to bugzilla that is abstracted from the database backend and uses templates for rendering the pages. Currently phpBugTracker is nowhere near a drop-in replacement for Bugzilla, so don't expect it to be. Maybe it will get to that point one day, maybe it won't. If it doesn't meet your needs, your development help is welcome, but your whining isn't! Just remember that I do this in my very limited spare time for fun, and I hope others can enjoy what little I have done/will do on it.
